   It’s really a shame that a restaurant with an ideal location and excellent food has such horrible service. After being seated we were ignored for 20 minutes and finally needed to ask the hostess for assistance. It took another 20 minutes to get a drink. Unfortunately one of the drinks was wrong but we had already waited so long, my husband didn’t send it back! I asked 3 times for a glass of water. It was 50 minutes to finally get it from the time we sat down. The food was excellent but I didn’t expect to spend 3 hours at dinner. This was an expensive dinner and the poor service ruined the experience.

   From the beginning, we walked in we were immediately greeted by the hostesses  they were very welcoming. We were given an excellent table with a view that we had requested. Our server, Herman, was friendly, professional, and so very accommodating to all of us. The food was excellent as well as the service. They all made our experience, exceptional, especially for the party that was celebrating their birthday. We highly recommend Kincaids for their quality of service, their food and the ambience.  thank you to the staff for making our night special.

    Your service for my mother's 70th birthday celebration was terrible. The waitress was mostly absent, communicated poorly, got our drink and meal orders wrong, and couldn't even serve our food together. I've had better experiences at your restaurant before, but this celebration was ruined and now we just want to forget it.
