JORY, a cherished destination for celebrating life’s special moments, debuts an exquisite new prix fixe dinner tasting menu—available in 4, 5 or 7 courses—featuring the region’s seasonal bounty.

Guests can enhance their meals with curated wine pairings from our renowned cellar. Reservations open 30 days in advance.

Our popular à la carte brunch continues on weekends and holidays. Meanwhile, the hotel's living room space transforms into The Living Room of the Valley, a welcoming, three-meal restaurant concept with all-day à la carte dining—no reservations needed! Expanded seating, terrace service, and longtime favorites like the Pinot Burger make it the perfect gathering place.

The new tasting menu at the Jory is awesome. Each course was incredibly thoughtful and well executed. Go for the wine pairings - they are a fun mix of local and international wines, with some fun pairings in there you wouldn't expect. Service was friendly and attentive. The Black Cod and Pork Tasting dishes were our favorites. Add the Jory to your list for your next special occasion meal.

The food is great at Jory. It has recently changed to a 4, 5 or 7 course meal. The food they serve is is excellent, however, they should also have an Ala carte menu like they used to have. Otherwise people will get tired and won’t go back. Do the people in the bar area have a different menu? And for lunch, is it also a coursed meal? I forgot to ask?

We had the best NYE lunch at Jory. The food and drinks were perfect. The wagyu and the burger are not to be missed. AND…our server, Whitney made the whole day. She was knowledgeable, funny, and it is clear she genuinely likes her job. Happy 2025! We will see you when you reopen!

The first folks in for breakfast and Jory and The Allison delivered! Wonderful waitress, excellent food, great setting! When we asked about the art work, we were given a beautiful small book on the art of the Allison and spent time in the gardens admiring and learning about the installations! Terrific morning!

We had breakfast/brunch. It was such a nice experience. Our server was Whitney, and she did an excellent job making sure we knew what the featured items were, tending to our table and just being really personable. We tried the French toast bites- oh my! Those are a new favorite. We shared the steak/potatoes/eggs meal, and the crab benedict. The steak was cooked just right, and there was plentiful, delicious crab in the benedict. The crab really stood out as a highlight of our meal because it was so fresh-tasting and had a good bite to it. It was a nice ambiance, with a view of the foothills, and we left happy and content.
