Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications.     Javier’s located in the Casino of the Aria is a modern Mexican restaurant with very good authentic cuisine. We had four separate plated, fajitas, chicken taco and enchilada, carne asada and chicken mole. While the dishes were well prepared and flavorful the price point on each meal was excessive at $40 a plate. We began with 4 house margaritas each priced at $24. The atmosphere is Dark and moody with beautiful works of art by the noise level is deafening mostly because of the music from the casino

    Amazing food, the off menu frozen mango margarita was the perfect balance of sweet with a salty rim. Can’t go wrong with enchiladas rice and beans Muy deliciosa!!!

    We thought this restaurant would be more low key but it was very loud for a Wednesday evening. They give you a time frame to leave the table in 2hours. No music can be heard due to how loud it was full of people. Server was great though. No recommendations from him though. I put on the reservation it was a birthday but hostess did not relay that to the server. Food was great. Order the short ribs! but portions are small. Margaritas are good, the best was the Guayaba Margarita. We will not be going back mostly due to how loud it was and it seemed to us like we were being rushed out.

    First time here. First time at a “high end” Mexican restaurant. Service was great. Efficient but not rushed. Server made great suggestions for both food and drinks. Highly recommended. ( would have preferred more appropriate music).
