We waited 30 minutes for our table. They then sat us outside, and said we would be notified and moved when our inside table became available. They never notified us. There was really no point in having a reservation at all

Tonkotsu Ramen and Triple Pork Triple Garlic were both delicious ramen dishes! We also loved the schmaltz-fried gyoza which was amazingly good. Our server inadvertently put our order in wrong so we accidentally got the soy-garlic fried chicken as well (on the house). Looking forward to returning and trying other dishes on the menu!!

The appetizers were delicious, especially the eggplant. We’re all ordered ramen and agreed the Jiro was the best. Very nice decor and the back porch looked lovely for an outdoor spot.

The chicken paitan Ramen might be the best Ramen I’ve had in the city. Deliciously flavorful, and the service was impeccable! Will definitely be returning

I took two friends that were visiting from Germany, and they loved this gem of a restaurant. We had 3 different types of ramen and the special dumplings of the night (lamb!) and it was delightful. Wonderful and attentive service— one of the ramen orders got dropped but the team got one out quickly and gave our friend a sake to make up for it. All in all, a great night!

A trip to NYC is truly incomplete unless we have dinner at Ivan Ramen. We have been coming here since they opened and it’s a real gem. The appetizers like pickles and friend chicken and chicken wings are amazing. The ramen is, obviously, the star of the show and we love that they do a chicken base since we don’t eat pork. Every bite here is insanely delicious, the ambiance is low key and fun, beers and wines are great and staff is wonderful. We adore Jose at the bar but everyone is the best.
