Hugo's Cellar is a romantic setting for gourmet dining, perfect for all occasions. Ladies are greeted with a long-stemmed rose and welcomed to a warm and gracious atmosphere by our attentive staff. The classic old-style Vegas menu features a table side salad included with all entrees, featuring black Angus beef, veal, duck chicken, flown-in-fresh seafood and numerous classics, all served with seasonal vegetables. Finish your meal with our table-side flambeed desserts and our crowning delights of white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries, apricot and figs. Voted best gourmet room by The Best of Las Vegas Review Journal 2013.

    We have gone here many years to celebrate a friends birthday. As always, everything is just perfect from the long stem rose you receive upon entry to the chocolate covered cherries at the end. We just LOVE Hugo's!

    Great place for a special occasion. The service was absolutely outstanding and the food was excellent. I would have liked a few more non steak options on the menu but I liked what I ordered.

    My all time favorite restaurant!!! I love everything there but make sure you try the banana foster and the raspberry lemon drop!!!

    It’s great having sides and salad included in meal, and even chocolate covered strawberries as a dessert too. I had the sea bass, and it was good, but not the best I’ve ever had, and the portion was too big as well.

    I've always loved Hugo's Cellar!! It is such a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion! It does not disappoint!! Food and service are absolutely amazing!!

    Terrific food and service! Prices are in line with other steakhouses but you get a lot more for your money. Really love the tableside salad!
