   Our server was not very engaging and didn’t attend to our table very well. The best service we received was by the lady who was serving the table side salads for us.

   We are locals but took some friends from out of town last night. We were so excited to introduce them to Hugo’s and so disappointed in the experience! Service was literally non existent! From beginning to end the wait staff treated us like a burden (actively ignoring us) and everything took way too long. It was a 3 hour dinner for a party of 4. It was clear they were understaffed and the staff that was working was disinterested. Sadly we need to mark this one off the list - it’s too expensive to accept such a lackluster experience.

   The food here was by far the best in Las Vegas! The service is fanominal and friendly. We never had to wave the waiters down! It was relaxing

   Always have dinner here when in Vegas! Great food and a great time!!! We make a point of going to Hugo’s. Classic/vintage/ historic (the rat pack were frequent patrons)/ outstanding food/drinks.
