For us, Hamburg is located between California and Japan. Influences from both kitchens come into their own. They can be tasted and combined again and again. This culinary center of always fresh ingredients of the highest quality is the philosophy of our restaurant. The HENSSLER HENSSLER offers a daily changing lunch menu, a 5-course dinner menu, outstanding sushi, sashimi and tempura as well as the classic steak and always new fish dishes. Wir hatten das 5-Gänge Menü. Insgesamt sehr gut! Lediglich der Abstand zwischen den Gängen war etwas lang und mit ein wenig Wartezeit verbunden. Es lag sicher nicht an der sehr freundlichen Servicekraft, die Küche war der Zeitfaktor. Für das Geld hätte ich schon einen Hauch mehr erwartet. Der Nachtisch war ein echtes Highlight!

Wir waren mittags dort. Das Restaurant war nicht zu voll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Mahlzeiten wurden sehr schnell serviert, obwohl alles frisch zubereitet wurde. Das Resaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Service war top, Essen super gut, Ambiente sehr schön und passend. Kinder sind willkommen und werden immer freundlich/spaßig integriert. Wir war schon oft dort und kommen gerne wieder!

Jedes Mal ein Highlight beim Hamburg Besuch! Essen+Service einfach top! Auch immer Top zu sehen dass Senior Henssler immer anwesend ist und immer sein bestes gibt die Leute glücklich zu machen!
