   Great food and great service. I went on a Sunday and although they were very busy we were seated promptly with our reservation.

   Huge portions, but food stale and overcooked. Restaurant interior dated and needs deep cleaning. Service was overall good.

   Just not the experience we have had before. Yes they were busy. But the food looked like it was thrown on the plates we waited 40 minutes between ordering and receiving our food without ever asking if we wanted more drinks. They forgot an item. Had to ask two people. Just not the experience we have had before. Seems like they are slipping.

   We recently visited this restaurant for the first time and unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, the host seemed unsure where to seat us, which started things off on a confusing note. Once seated, we placed our order, but it took over an hour for our food to arrive. When the food finally did arrive, the food was cold, and the waffles were undercooked. We also had to send back a plate, and the server didn't do anything beyond taking the plate; she didn't even send the manager over. To make matters worse, a table that was seated 15 minutes after us received their entire meal before we did. Additionally, they forgot the eggs on one of the kids' meals despite us ordering and asking for them. My beer was warm, and the server was unaware of the beer selection, requiring me to point it out on the menu. The pancakes were undercooked as well. Throughout our visit, our server rarely checked on us or provided updates about our order. We also did not see the manager making rounds or checking in with guests, including us. The server only came over to say something about our order because other servers overheard us talking about walking out. It felt like our server may have forgotten to submit our order. Overall, our first impression of this restaurant was disappointing, primarily due to the service.

   Was a busy Sunday. Front desk was pretty unorganized. Waited 30 mins despite a reservation. Waited another 30 mins for food which was cold.

   Hard to give a review on anything when you are seated after making a reservation and NO ONE comes to your table to get your order or ask if you ant something to drink. We were seated after showing up early with a reservation, watched as 4 waiters walked around us never coming to our table 3 guests arrived after us and were taken care of and provided drinks within minutes of sitting at their table, meanwhile my husband and I sat for just short of 30 min with ZERO service. Pretty sad, we were so looking forward to a delicious breakfast but never received service, so we left. I know my comment will have zero effect to this booming business it was just very unfortunate we had such a crazy experience when the only time to eat at this restaurant is when we visit Vegas.

   We always try to visit when we’re in Las Vegas because the food is yummy and the portion size is humongous! The drinks are good, as well. Can’t wait to return!
