    The food was not on a Hard Rock Café Level, there was way too much oil on the Burger and it was not tasty. My sister had birthday on this day and we had problems switching to a table so that it is more comfy for her. We nearly waited 15 Minuten because of this. When we switched, somebody told us that the dessert would be on the house but later the dessert price was included. To the music… It was just so loud we had to scream so that we could talk to each other and in my memory the hard rock has always the classic old rock and roll and some music from the 80-90’s, that was not the case here. So overall I am not going to visit this Hard Rock Cafe again. I was very sad about this experience and my sister also as it was her special day and it ended not really nice.

    Server messed up on the order and sides but did rectify. Was a good meal, however didn’t ask if we wanted dessert just brought us the bill without asking. Was ok but overall I probably wouldn’t return.

    We were seated pretty quick even though they were packed. It took a couple of minutes until our server Neville came to serve us. Food was amazing and full of flavour and so were the drinks. Our server Neville was absolutely amazing and super friendly and made our experience a lot better.
