   Food and service were excellent. The only reason not to award 5 stars was due to the cutlery having old food on and the champagne glass had old lipstick on. Both were changed immediately but attention to detail is needed to uphold reputation.

   Fish had no taste at all. Steak was average. Mac n cheese average. I have eaten at numerous wonderful restaurants this was way over rated abd just average food quality

   Firstly, the menu has dramatically changed since last we visited the Pub a couple years ago - not really pub food anymore. Prime rib looked good being delivered to other tables, so we both ordered Prime Rib with Yorkshire Pudding. I asked for my steak medium, but specified on the pink side of medium. Wife asked for medium, a little more done. Hers arrived VERY well done - grey all the way through. My ‘medium’ was more medium-well than anything. And the Yorkshire puddings were both cold - not warm, cold! The prime rib I would say was warm too - NOT hot. Waiter thanked us for bringing it to his attention, and he’d pass on to the chef. Didn’t offer to take anything off the bill. FAR cry from Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse - where they serve food on screaming hot plates. You have to wait for your steak to cool in order to eat it! Ramsay could use a lesson from Ruth.

   Very busy and want a quick turnover. Starter was very basic for such a high price. Wellington and stick Toffee pudding were delicious. Did not get checked on during the meal or asked if required anything else

   The service was amazing, and so was the food. We were excited to try a Gordon Ramsay resturant, and it did not disappoint! Our server was so friendly and efficient. Even the server filling our water was so nice. We had a great experience and will definitely return!

   Hostes where rude and look like don't care about us. Than our waiter where just running away all the time. To order we waited 10 minutes than he just run away and we didn't finish our order for the drinks. Came back like 20 minutes later. For the check we waited another 20 minutes and in the end we paid though the hostes. The food is fine but not fantastic as it's marked. If you go just sit at the bar!

   The restaurant had lots of empty tables with a. LONG wait and our server took a long time. It looked like they gave the servers too many tables and not enough time to take care of us and other guests. I would have rather been made aware of this then felt like my server was doing a bad job. I think the food was on but the staff were overworked and because of that the dining experience wasn’t enjoyed.
