   Wish I would have known that by making a 2:45 reservation that we had less than 10 minutes to order food before the kitchen closed. We love the pub and grill but were meeting with business associates we had never met so that was very awkward.

   Food is good but nothing special. Somewhat disappointing when you are expecting “gordon ramsey” level food and paying double for it. The booths are also very uncomfortable - the combo of table placement and seat size is really off. Sit at a table instead.

   Though we had a reservation, we had to wait a bit because the Pub was crowded. As a result, it was also quite noisy. But the burgers we ordered were cooked to our liking , as were the fries.

   This was disappointing to say the least. I had a special request to sit in a booth as my wife and i were celebrating. The hostess took us to a small table in the middle of the dining room and when i mentioned i had a request in my reservation for a quiet booth she said “ I didn’t read the note usually the guest tells us and that a booth would require us to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes. I was flabbergasted at the hospitality or lack there of in that moment. I obviously didn’t wanna wait as we had somewhere to be last night after dinner so we took a seat and then approximately 10 minutes later, she seats the booth that was 10 feet away from us that was empty when we sat down. It was truly unbelievable. I did everything I could have from a guest perspective to ensure I got the reservation and seating preference that my wife and I wanted for our special evening. It was a simple request. So then the entire time our experience was tainted based on how it started off Food wasn’t great, but probably didn’t taste good because we were already had a sour taste in her mouth due to the interaction when we sat down

   Had a reservation they were very disorganized. Two meals were ordered one came out wrong. One person had to wait for the food while the other ate. Took forever to get a box and the check. Bacon on the burger was raw.
