   Dinner was very good. Two of us had the anniversary tasting meal. The arugula salad was crisp and fresh with the right amount of dressing. Giada’s signature lemon spaghetti was “lick the plate” delicious! Unfortunately, we both opted for the short rib which wasn’t the best. The sauce was heavy and tasted over cooked and the meet was chewy. The dessert tiramisu lacked the coffee flavor but was creamy and light. Our table thoroughly enjoyed shrimp cocktail and the orzo meatballs. Another guest loved the chicken Parmesan. We had an enjoyable evening and left quite satiated agreeing overall that we’d made a good restaurant choice! I really appreciated the parting gift 10th Anniversary folder with the recipe card for the delectable lemon spaghetti tucked inside!

   All staff were extremely professional and pleasant. I have a gluten allergy and our waiter did a fantastic job of explaining safe option’s on the menu. I would say that a couple next to us ordered the same pasta dish and it was significantly larger than our gluten free version so that would be my one take away. I think pricing was a bit off for what was received however it is Vegas so it is expected to pay a bit more for dinning experience. The homemade gluten free pasta was well made. I would say good was great but not exceptional. I will give credit for stay keeping me safe with my allergy so overall I think it was a great experience.

   Best Italian on the strip imho. Had the lobster ravioli, wild mushroom risotto with a side of focaccia. Great people watching from a second floor table!

   Amazing. This was my second time at Giada's and the second time I had the Anniversary tasting menu... however, I went down the other path and chgose the options I didn't have the first time! The pasta was revelatory. I had the wild mushroom and vegetable Bolognese and it was incredible. Rich, earthy, and full of flavour. The pasta was perfect...al Dante, toothsome, but delicious. It needed just an extra touch of salt to fully bring everything to perfection but it was still excellent. A common theme in both meals i have had is great Italian quality ingredients, done simply and perfectly. The short ribs exemplifies this approach. A rich, well seasoned slow cooked rib that flakes to the fork. Creamy polenta bursting with Parmesan and pepper. Roasted asparagus that is crisp ... But cooked. Pops of small tomatoes. Nothing Fancy. But no element was out of place or unnecessary or extraneous. Unfortunately, the first course was a tuna that was the least successful component of the overall meal. It was ...fine. There was much too much sauce that distracted from the fish. The crispy Parmesan (?) bites were great as was the fried thyme. Again a touch of salt would have helped, but the mayo forward sauce marred an otherwise great dish. Tiramisu for dessert is classic, done well with a Giada twist...and was the perfect ending. I also included the wine pairing. It was great added value and well worth it Overall, the service is a highlight and adds to the experience. Friendly staff, versed to guide and support a diner without the feel of an overzealous upselling micro transactionist! A nearby diner had a seafood allergy and my waiter was patient and accommodating. Giada's is a gem. A delicious Italian meal without pretense. It is priced well and an excellent experience.

   I was meeting friends from out of town at Giada & the last 1/2 mile of traffic took longer than the rest of the trip. That's on me for forgetting how horrible it is anywhere near the Strip. The staff could not have been more gracious about my being 10 mins late, though the reservation was in my name. Everything through the evening continued with the same high level of wonderful, professional service. They're just that good. Timing of each stage was close to perfect. And of course, Giada's food is wonderful. Value... that's a difficult question to answer on the Strip today...

   Shared a salad based upon experience. They’re great but huge! My husband had the bison bolognese and it was terrific. I had the lobster ravioli with two scallops added. Perfect. We have gotten where we order a bread plate. Excellent focaccia. No room for dessert this time. Attentive and efficient service. Nice view of the Bellagio fountains of course.
