We are locals providing local flavor in a casual space. Our specialty is Fire. GALLO71, is a tribute to a Grocery store, El Gallo Abarrotes founded by the Chapa Family in 1923 in Monterrey, Mexico, thus the name. A tribute to regio´s carne asada take.

Aunque el servicio fue aprobable, la experiencia nada grata no tenían platillos del menu, el servicio de salsas lo llevaron sin tostadas(yo creo que penso el mesero que coman la salsa a cucharadas), platillos los sirvieron en varios tiempos lo cual hizo que no comiéramos juntos, el mesero se disculpo pero fue muy desertada la visita a este lugar.

La carne es buena sin llegar a excelente. El servicio es bueno. La relación precio-calidad deja mucho que desear. Por las papas fritas naturales cobran casi 400 pesos, que me parece un robo y por una botella de agua nacional cobran 175 pesos, más caro que un mezcal. Honestamente creo que han perdido el piso y para mi también los valores esenciales que algún día lo posicionaron como una referencia en Monterrey. El precio de la fama a veces pasa factura¡

Excelente comida, gran servicio. Solo viaje para comer aquí, llegué en la mañana de Querétaro y me regreso hoy mismo. Valió la pena.

La comida y la atención de los meseros muy buena, sin embargo, súper mala atención de la hostess -Malú, que, por llegar unos minutos tarde (por el tráfico), nos corrió a las 1040pm, y no nos dejó ordenar el postre ni más bebidas , según esto por la reservación que tenia de otras personas a las 1030pm, sin embargo, en el restaurante había al menos otras 4 mesas vacías y no había gente en la entrada esperando. A la mesa de atrás de nosotros también le hicieron lo mismo. Es de muy mal gusto que te traten así, considerando que no hay gente esperando por mesas, todo lo que estás consumiendo y te deja muy mala impresión para no querer regresar ni recomendar el lugar.

had the baby chicken on four toasted tortilla shells . chicken was tender, but not very much because it was a baby chicken . The tortillas were kind of burnt with some Crumbs on them . grilled Cauliflower was really good . services was excellent. Staff was very attentive. or a casual atmosphere . the desserts were frozen in the center had the cheesecake and the Key lime pie, made me think they weren’t fresh and made at the restaurant

Una cocina con mucha variedad “original” en el sentido que son platillos conocidos pero le dan un toque demasiado auténtico y único. Todo es un manjar y el lugar es muy familiar a lo largo del día , en la noche se me hace un Spot más para adultos (amigos). El postre de manzana es un must.
