    What a wonderful NYE! Always delicious and festive, eating at Gallo on NYE has become a family tradition. Upscale, yet comfortable and the staff is amazing. Thank you for a great evening!

    The big mistake we made was to forget to order the pasta made in the Parmesan cheese wheel. The calamari was great, the stuffed pollo was perfect and the halibut special was a little pricey (always ask how much a special cost before ordering it) but delicious.

    A holiday dinner is always a risk. The Gallo team rose to the challenge and delivered quality, service and taste! Many smiling faces, and interesting cocktail menu and meal options for all! Truly a joyous event.

    The noise level metric was ambiguous so I want to be clear that while the restaurant was busy it was possible to have a conversation without any strain or interference from other tables.

    A home run! We were in a party of eight, headed for a 7:30 p.m. concert at Ridgefield Playhouse, as we advised our waitress. Our drinks, appetizers and entrees were coordinated beautifully, even though only two of us ordered the same entree. The food, as always, was wonderful; the table-side pasta and the salmon were especially good. For purposes of this post, however, I emphasize how professional and timely the service was. It enabled us to have a relaxing evening with a happy crowd of eight! No small feat.
