    A very good friend and I had a wonderful date-night dinner at Galletto Ristorante prior to attending a performance at the Gallo Theater. The dinner set the tone for the entire night. It was wonderful. The Fritto Misto appetizer was excellent as was the Butternut Squash Ravioli and the Pappardelle Bolognese dishes. I highly recommend them.

    We had our Christmas luncheon with 3 people and we were sat at our table but left without service or attention for quite some time. Reservation at 12:30 and left at 2:50. Server was nice, but was obviously very busy and had too many tables to serve and give adequate service. Again, nothing against the Server's being pleasant she was doing the best with what what she could do. Understaffed for sure at a peak lunch hour. Not the experience that was expected and I normally do not give negative feedback when I have it. This time it needed to be given, which says alot.

    Hi Jennifer, Thank you for your review- we welcome and appreciate all feedback! Because of the style of food and service at our restaurant, our meal service is not extremely quick. We typically aren't open for lunch because of this reason- we know people are on a tight schedule during the work day. We are open by our guest requests in December, as this time of year usually allows for longer lunches and more socializing at the table. A 2.5 hour lunch as you mentioned, is excessively long. However, we show the time of your signed receipt as 1:42. This would put your lunch around 1 hour and 10 minutes. Is it possible you got the time of your departure wrong by mistake?

    I asked for a semi-private table and we were very pleased. I asked a favor of chef with our appetizer, thinking there's NO WAY he could do this and he gladly did it. We were SO impressed with our fabulous appetizer, delicious salads AND incredibly delectable dinners! Two of us had the Salmon-it was mouthwatering and excellent. My husband had the Rib Eye steak and was equally impressed. It was a great evening!
