Outstanding service and an inviting atmosphere make Fried Green a must stop while in downtown historic Galena, Illinois. Fried Green Tomatoes is the place for steak, fresh scallops, and homemade lasagna. Reservations accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: We are a multi-level dining facility in a historic downtown building. For the dining enjoyment for all of our guests, we do not provide highchairs or booster seats.

    First time diners at Fried Green Tomatoes. It was NYE yet we were seated promptly. Our server, Spencer, was excellent. It was a busy night, of course, but we never felt rushed. I ordered the walleye and my husband ordered the meatloaf. Both were delicious and we would order again. Great experience, definitely recommend.

    From the second we stepped into Fried Green Tomatoes the customer service was phenomenal. The food was absolutely amazing. The experience was fun. I don’t have one bad thing to say. It was amazing from start to finish!
