   The food was amazing, the service was super. Had a great birthday celebration, I definitely suggest the Chilean SeaBass.

   今回ニューヨークでステーキということでFrankie & Johnnie's Steakhouseに予約しました。ポーターハウスステーキを注文しました。　火入れの状態もよくとても満足しました。　いつも前菜やサイドメニューをたくさん頼みすぎてお肉が来る頃にはお腹いっぱいになってしまうので、今回は前菜の量も調整していただき、美味しいワインもセレクトしていただき、ジューシーなお肉を堪能しました。　家族みんな大満足です。　またニューヨークに来るときには訪れたいと思います。

    I have enjoyed Frankie and Johnnie's quite a few times, but have mostly gone during restaurant week. This visit, the restaurant was fairly empty with very attentive (perhaps too attentive) wait staff who seemed to be looking for things to keep them busy, and frequently asked us if we were done long before we were and they did not need the table since the restaurant had very few patrons. We both ordered the filet mignon lunch, and I ordered the steak medium, but it arrived closer to rare. I asked to sub the garlic mashed for a baked potato, which they did and it tasted fresh and arrive to the table hot. The food tasted fine, but was a bit pricy with a lunch bill totaling over $100 with no drinks or additional side dishes or desserts. Overall, it was good, but only good enough for 4 stars.
