Chef Paul Minnillo and Chef Matt Mytro opened Flour in 2011. For more than a decade, it has provided Northeast Ohioans with outstanding cuisine and service.

Conveniently located on Chagrin Boulevard and Som Center Road in Moreland Hills, Flour - Italian Kitchen is both the neighborhood gathering place for family dinner and sophisticated private venue for the country’s largest corporations. An easy environment to celebrate an engagement with an exceptional bottle of wine, wrangle your crew after a winning soccer game… and everything in between. You can count on us for a modern aesthetic that feels comfortable, not cold.

Flour is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, with an in-between menu from 2:30-5:00. Reservations are available for indoor seating with valet parking. We can accommodate parties of up to 60 people in our private dining space and cater wherever you plan to celebrate. We love our neighbors and welcome travelers near and far with open arms.

The food and service were wonderful. There’s many selections and I’d recommend the eggplant meatballs. The Caesar salad was wonderful and we were able to add anchovies. My wife ordered muscles that were cooked perfectly. I had the fish of the day.

The bronzini is always superb- perfectly grilled with a slight char on the skin and tender inside. The accompanying parsley, lemon, and olive oil coulis is delicious. I have not found a better bronzini anywhere! Everything on the menu is executed well and tastes good. Great service.

We arrived at the restaurant at 500P one of the 1st parties to arrive. We were immediately ushered to a table way in the back of the restaurant passing a number of more appealing table locations. I did ask for a better table which they did give us while the hostess quietly commenting that moving our table "will mess with their assigned seating in their system". Menu is rather limited and food was fine.

Loved haves a ladies lunch. Our server was so attentive. We enjoyed having the beet salad with apples. Looking forward to eating there again.

Great place, great food and great service! Arieana was a great server and took good care of us. Dave, the manager, was awesome too! I recommend the fried olives, prosciutto salad and we had the mushroom pasta special and it was all amazing!
