I recently visited this restaurant to celebrate a birthday. While the food was good and the simple table decoration for the occasion was a thoughtful touch, unfortunately, it was overshadowed by multiple missteps. Our main server was pleasant and attentive, but the supporting staff could have been much better. Despite having a reservation, we still waited 10 minutes to be seated. Throughout the meal, requests were often forgotten—like plates for the appetizers and a glass for wine—which disrupted the overall experience. It's disappointing because the food showed promise, but inconsistent service took away from the evening. With better coordination among staff, this could be a much more enjoyable dining spot.

Food good as usual….lobster tail excellent….steak a little dry….onion soup the best…booth a little uncomfortable due to post blocking foot area.

Outstanding service - tasty steak. Great options for the kids. Only complaint is that they sat us all tables next to each other even though the restaurant was empty. As a result we heard everyone’s conversation for no reason which made it hard to enjoy time with my family. Only 4 tables were seated the entire lunch and I would have appreciated some privacy so I don’t have to hear other people talk about politics, work, and commutes.

We celebrate birthday there for the first time. It was a great experience they made it special. Steaks are tasty, so so for king crab legs but will definitely recommend.

Flemings is excellent. It is our GO-TO restaurant in Walnut Creek. Food is always fresh,quality, and tasty. The great food is always consistent as is the lovely service. The bar is cozy and the bartenders are very friendly and wonderful at making drinks. The staff is polite and knowledgeable, always able to offer a suggestion or get you another martini. Of course the managers are the best. They consistently check on our table to be sure we are enjoying the best service. Walnut Creek Flemings is a wonderful place for a great meal, any day, anytime. It is a jewel in the Flemings Family of Restaurants.

There was a problem with how the steak was cooked, but the manager made it right by reducing our bill significantly without our asking. Thank you for making it right.

It was Thanksgiving Day at 7:15pm and we were not sure what to expect. It was an amazing experience. The restaurant was super busy but you can see the staff taking care of business. The valet wished us a happy Thanksgiving, we arrived and checked in. I was a little worried, but within 5 min my cell phone rang and we were seated. The host that sat was very friendly. Our waiter Abel was the absolute best! He and the wait staff made our night extra special. The water and drinks were replaced quickly and the food was amazing!!! My husband was asking if we can book now for 2025. Thank you!!
