   Both entree’s were not prepared correctly. One entree was returned and a correctly prepared, although the original filet was re-served overcooked. A second entree was served under temperature. We elected not to have the second entree re-prepared. Our waiter removed one entree from the check and offered a complimentary desert. We accepted the complimentary entree credit and declined the desert.

   Our experience at Fleming's last night was slightly better than mediocre. We went for my mother's 85th birthday. She ordered oysters and the waiter took the order, but came back to say that they were out of oysters, which was very disappointing to her. When our food arrived, the butter for the lobster had not been lit, so we had to wait for the butter to melt while our food was sitting there. The steaks were ok, although my mom found hers to be on the tough side. Our desserts were the worst part, the chocolate lava cakes had no lava in them. The cake part seemed overcooked and there was no lava, so I didn't even eat mine. The creme brûlée was very thick, and not very flavorful. Half of that was left. They did remove the charge for the desserts because we asked about the lack of lava in the cakes. Our waiter was attentive at first, but as he got busier, it was harder to get his attention. All in all, fairly mediocre service, and overpriced for what you get. I am not compelled to return anytime soon.

   The service was outstanding. He was very attentive and prompt with drinks, starter, entrees, and desserts. Great experience with friends. Tomahawk steak, Sea Bass, Salads, sides, and Cheese Cake were terrific.

   While Flemings is a wonderful place for a good meal, with a nice ambiance we found the service a bit over the top in that we had a difficult time carrying on a conversation with all the frequent interruptions. This only to fill up a 1/2 empty glass of water, or ask if we'd like more rolls, butter whatever. Sorry Flemings, but people like & need conversation at a meal. We left fully satisfied with the meal but frustrated at not being able to complete a conversation with our guest.

   The service was outstanding as well as was the food. Josh was our waiter and did a superb job of making sure everything was perfect. There is not one thing I can say that could fault the entire evening. The drinks, food, ambience, & service a strong 10.

   It was an awful experience. We had friends who had never been there before and it was a very bad first impression. Our drinks, cocktails, and wine took 20 minutes to get to our table and when they arrived, the cocktails were completely wrong. One was a martini and it looked orange. The other was supposed to be a gin and tonic, and it tasted like a margarita made with gin.The food was good but not over the top. They brought us the wrong side dish and the wine pour looked like a 4 oz pour. We were there celebrating a birthday and it was a terrible experience. We spent $400 on the worst evening out ever. I do not know if we will be returning to Flemming’s.
