Best Restaurants with a Wood Oven in Newton

Fantastic restaurant, we love coming here. The pizza’s are great but don’t miss out on the mushroom toast. There’s always a great selection of oysters, well shucked and super fresh.

This was our 2nd time eating at steel & rye, we loved the food so much the first time when it came to thinking of where to go for valentines we both said the same place, my favorites were the meatballs, Brussel sprouts and Gnudi!

Wine and our meals were fantastic. Mouth watering appetizers and entre to knock over your taste buds. Compared to most restaurants, their pricing was raasonable. Portions were generous and the staff was super friendly. This is my place to come back soon.

This is hands down my favorite restaurant in New England, and easily one of the top 3 restaurants I’ve ever been to, period. From the cocktails to the ceviche, you know you’ll have a great start to your meal. The black squid ink pasta with scallops, and tacu tacu with seared fish are two incredible main dishes. The service is great and the venue is intimate. This is a must try restaurant!

Source never disappoints! From the excellent staff, to the delicious go to (but at the same time not run of the mill) cocktails and mocktails, to the always fresh and always delicious food, to the perfectly timed service, we had another great time at this restaurant.
