Grotta di Fuoco, which translates to Fire Cave, is an industrial, rustic space with subtle lighting, raw steel, reclaimed wood, and concrete finishes. Step inside, descend below street level, and enter our vision of a cave. As for the fire, our focal point is a wood burning oven right next to the bar. You can sit close enough to feel the warmth, hear the crackle, and smell the scent of food being cooked, all while being entranced by the open flame.     This restaurant runs on time so don’t be late for your reservation.  It is small and they run it perfectly Carley our waitress was very accommodating. Everybody at the restaurant was so nice. The food was unique and absolutely delicious. We all got fish and the fish was cooked to perfection. The flavors in the entrées were superb .The only downside for me was that the chairs were a little uncomfortable. We 100% will definitely be going back.

    I have been to Fosters many times now. It is worth the 30 min drive to get there . I am never disappointed . Excellent restaurant!

    Our family loves valdari!! It is me and my boyfriends go to date night spot at least once a week. And we bring our entire family for dinner pretty frequently too. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The food is fresh and delicious and the drinks are top notch! The ambiance is classy but laid back and family friendly as well. We are Italian and this is authentic delicious Italian food. We recommend this restaurant to everyone and anyone!
