Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Stanley Park

The best restaurant in Vancouver in my opinion, taking into consideration all the factors such as quality of ingredients, level of cooking, service and professionalism of people working there, ambience! We just had a Chef’s menu and a wine paring to it. Amazing! As usual though.

Dinner was perfect. Food and wine were delicious as usual. Chicken, brisket and ribs - so good. Stand out for the night was the exceptional service. We can’t think of a better experience. 21 years living in Vancouver and this was hands down the best dining experience. Thanks to the whole team - with special thanks to our server for making my birthday the best night out.

We were celebrating birthday party of my friend. Staff made it very memorable with birthday card and complimentary desert to share and a candle. the experience was very enjoyable. my friend also enjoyed very flavorful non-alcoholic cocktail.

The soup dumplings were outstanding as was the chicken chowmein in fact is was the best one I have had

It is so sad that this terrific restaurant is closing A major loss for Vancouver
