- MMingeeMontreal / Quebec •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food was good, reasonably priced, and the ambiance was great. It’s a good spot for large groups. However, when it gets busy, the servers tend to forget requests, and it can be difficult to get their attention because they’re so occupied.More infoWienstein & Gavino'sPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown•4.5

- BBeckyPhiladelphia County •6 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 28, 2024Impeccable service with friendly staff. Absolutely delicious food. My only dislike was that our table (for two) was very close to our neighbors. In retrospect, I would have rather booked the open kitchen bar than be uncomfortably close to the table next to us, but I didn’t know ahead of time. Just something to consider when making a booking.More infoStellinaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Old Montreal•4.6
- MMarcOttawa •13 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 26, 2024Firegrill St-Laurent: A Mixed Experience - 3.9/5 At first glance, Firegrill St-Laurent makes a fantastic impression. The restaurant is stunning, with a beautifully designed space that exudes warmth and sophistication. The staff is equally impressive—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely fun to interact with. They made us laugh and were incredibly helpful throughout the evening. The presentation of the food was equally appealing, and it’s clear that attention to detail is a priority. However, the experience faltered when it came to execution. I ordered the Filet Mignon blue, but it arrived more cooked than I had requested, missing the mark on this delicate preparation. I also opted for a lobster tail, but unfortunately, it was served undercooked. When I sent it back, I was disappointed that the same tail was simply refired rather than replaced—a surprising choice, given the $26 price tag. To add to the frustration, it came back overcooked. That said, I don’t suspect these issues are a regular occurrence. It’s possible that their top chefs weren’t in the kitchen on December 26th—a busy time of year where inconsistencies can sometimes happen. Everything else we ordered was well-prepared and enjoyable, and the ambiance made the evening pleasant. With some improvements in food preparation, Firegrill has the potential to be exceptional. For now, it’s a good spot with some room to grow.More infoFiregrill-St-LaurentPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Ville St-Laurent/Mont-Royal•4.3
