- JJamesNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoHad dinner as a party of 8 for my partner’s 50th birthday. The meal was wonderful from appetizers to desserts, there wasn’t a single item not enjoyed. I originally chose Blu due to the diverse menu and they delivered great food across the range from sushi to chicken parm.More infoBlu on the HudsonPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Weehawken•4.7
- JJessevipNew Orleans / Louisiana •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoThe food and ambiance are both exceptional. The restaurant's energy radiates cozy chic with notes of warmth and winsome furnishings, notably the upholstered chairs that neither bother the lower back nor hinder the hindquarters, ya feel? The food is a master stroke in Italian fare, with distinctive craft cocktails to match. The signature Oggi gin martini pairs Portofino gin with – not vermouth – but a small-batch bay leaf digestif from the Amalfi coast that evokes the holiest of cows from both the religiously reluctant and lactose ill-inclined lol. The food was yum yum in my tum tum and me most likey the flamey beets and noodles with quack quack. The little gem caesar salad was both a gem and the Caesar to my Roman empire okayyyyy?! P.S. Lexi was our server and she nailed not only the recommendations, but also the way she divided the courses for us. Mamá slayed the house down sneaks with her complete mastery of long division. - JJenniferWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 16, 2024The Monterrey has a great Friday-Saturday offer on prime rib, and that was what we were seeking. What is more NYC than a classic prime rib? Lovely ambiance, great decor, lovely service. Would recommend. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great steakhouse.More infoMontereyPrice: Moderate• American• Midtown East•4.5
