The food was presented beautifully and it was delicious. The staff members were courteous and helpful. A gentleman played the piano and it was wonderful! He encouraged us to make suggestions. The Saks Restaurant is gorgeous. Thanks.

Cry man chow soup was a bit watery. Paneer Tikka murch was way too tomato. It was not spicy but tomato.

Having the reservation allowed us to be seated quickly. The cocktails were worth the money and the food was excellent.

We had been to B.B. Italia several times and although the ambiance is lively and the restaurant has a unique theme openly welcoming their guests into what feels like a big family dinner party there were a couple of disappointments. For the value of the experience the service level and the quantity of food needs to go up several notches. The service level was lacking as our waitress had too many tables and randomly checked in on us. The food quality was consistent as in the past but the salad and entrees we had seem to be smaller in portions than in the past. It may be quite some time before we return given the competition in the Sugar Land area.

Man that shrimp and grits was so good, I wanted to lick the bowl. The sauce was heaven and just downright delicious! Perfect for date night or just feeling fancy. Service was impeccable. I was really impressed. I’ll definitely be back when the weather’s nicer to really take in that amazing view of the lake. There was a party going on in the lounge area….. I may haven found my birthday party spot. This place is a whole vibe!
