Pistache French Bistro is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance, service, and food created a flawless dining experience. Every dish we ordered was a delight—perfectly executed with incredible flavors. The baguettes deserve a special mention—they are hands down the best in town. But fair warning: they’re so delicious, you might find yourself indulging a bit too much before your meal arrives! Pistache truly brings a little slice of France to town, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

The dining room is loud and brightly lit, peopled with a young crowd, so we chose to sit in the more intimate, low lit area by the kitchen. It was like being in the series The Bear. The head chef was loudly calling out orders to the kitchen staff. It was entertaining to see them, preparing the food. The service was great and food exceptional. We had Lion’s mane and various mushrooms with fingerling potatoes and herbs, which was flavorful and comforting. This is a foodie restaurant that combines unexpected ingredients in a unique & delicious way. There are many dishes with multiple ingredients, you can order and share, one after the other. The staff is very friendly and makes sure you know in detail what you’re ordering. They do not rush you. We had squash blossoms, which my boyfriend loved. For me, the addition of honey was a negative, but it had a nice little kick of jalapeño. The Cobia, a clean fish, sourced from a superior vendor, was tender & delightful, served with tender carrots, English peas, and a light curry. We were full after those three dishes and did not order dessert. We like this restaurant a lot and will be returning.

The patio was the perfect setting for our one year anniversary dinner! I loved the fire place and the table lighting. Our server was warm and friendly. The food was amazing! The host gave us a complimentary glass of champagne when we arrived.

Excellent Italian restaurant. Great service, great food, outside courtyard is beautiful. Dress nicely.

The brunch was amazing! I am a seafood lover & they did not disappoint with all the varieties of shellfish. Oysters, stone crab, king crab, shrimp, lobster, sushi & even 2 different types of caviar. Cocktails also included, totally worth the price. Although it is very nosy in the main dining room, that was the only negative. Definitely will be back!
