The Peacock is an art deco-inspired setting with distinct spaces on each floor - spanning 12,000 sq ft. We offer something for everyone at any time of day. The main dining will be open from 11:30a.m. - 10 p.m. daily for lunch, and dinner (and stays open until 2 a.m. for cocktails). Our second-floor peacock lounge opens daily at 5 p.m. and stays open until 2 a.m. Also on the second floor, you will find V's our entertainment space where you can see a show or have a VIP experience dancing the night away. Finally, experience the splendor of a Charleston evening from our rooftop bar/lounge. We also offer three VIP areas for reservations on the roof (they seat 10-12 people and have private TVs). Well Hung Vineyard’s wine is sourced from California, Washington & Oregon. Five of our twelve wines have won medals in the last few months. Our Petit Verdot won best in class, out of 200 wineries a few months ago.Come by and try out our amazing food, wines and cocktail selection from the beauty of our second floor patio, our grand second floor dinning room, or our white oak bar!

    We had a wonderful dinner on Christmas Eve at The Boathouse. Valet was friendly and efficient. The hostess was kind, and our table was ready when we arrived for our reservation. The food was excellent (as always) and well paced. Even on such a busy evening we never felt rushed and service was wonderful. Thank you so much!!

    This is a great place. The service and food are too shelf. It is a somewhat casual place, but not too casual for dinner. Our server was super nice and well-informed.

    Outstanding dining experience at The Establishment- Ambiance; Service and Food were all incredible!! This is a beautiful restaurant with several differs dining areas! The from desk staff were warm and welcoming.! Once we were seated our server, Annie, came over to introduce herself! She was fun, energetic and absolutely adorable and charming while also very efficient!! Please ask for her-you won't be disappointed! The Sommelier came to help us decide upon a bottle of wine. He was very pleasant and professional and passionate about the restaurant (with good reason)! we selected our wine stand enjoyed the pleasant vocal entertainment in our dining room! Annie returned and we again had fun and interesting conversation before.ordering our dinners. We shared the "Gnudu" for our appetizer-OMG it was ethereal-sosoeft, light and pillowy-absolutely to die for!! I ordered the Tilefish with Pretzel Spaetzle which was delicious. The Hubs ordered the whole fried fish! He loved it!! While this is a pricey restaurant, it is well deserved for a social night out! This was our second visit and definitely won't be our last! It's a definite for our next trip to Charleston, we just hope that Annie will still be there because someone is going to snatch that girl up-she is special indeed! Go to The Establishment--you will be so glad that you did!

    Jeremy was an excellent server. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Two of us enjoyed the braised short ribs, best I I've ever eaten!
