- SSarahPhiladelphia County •3 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoYou’ll need to keep in mind that the place isn’t a top pick for dining. The bar bites are decent, but it is more of a choice for cocktails. The cocktails were outstanding! The seating isn’t ideal with bench seats and coffee tables. I was a bit disappointed with the terrace. People leave their trash behind and the pink statues are not in great shape. The tail of one of the statues has been broken and some of the others have places worn through the paint where people touch them. The shrubs are hilarious and the view from the terrace of the Empire State Building is gorgeous!More infoMagic Hour Rooftop Bar & LoungePrice: Moderate• American• Midtown West•3.9
