- KKristineNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoHad a lovely time here. Place was interesting with Christmas decor. Service was impeccable and attentive. Entrance was inconspicuous and looked like a normal townhouse if you weren’t particularly looking for the place. Recently learned it’s attached to The Inn at Irving Place with rooms on the second floor. They have a coat check. Seating is a bit tight but comfy if you are seated at the two-seater small sofa instead of the other tables (more for groups from what I’ve seen). Had the afternoon tea service and chose the tea pairings (each paired with each course). I would recommend if you want to try other tea flavors you’re not sure about or not tried. Was never a fan of Earl Grey but this place changed my mind, enough so that I ended up purchasing a canister of it for my personal use. Might return again one day.More infoLady MendlsPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Union Square•4.9
- SShannonDallas - Fort Worth •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoI wanted to make sure my family had an incredible Christmas-themed dinner experience while we were in NYC for our holiday vacation, and we were in awe of this place.! During the holidays, you need to make a reservation a month in advance, but it’s so worth it. The restaurant is decorated floor to ceiling, EVERY INCH PACKED, with incredible Christmas decorations! The food and drinks were delicious (get the lobster risotto, OMG!). Be aware… it’s LOUD. The place has a live DJ and the music is very loud. Don’t plan to have conversations at the table. It’s very crowded, standing room only for guests at the bars and around your table. But you don’t really care because it’s fun, beautiful and festive… an absolutely epic Christmas party! I highly recommend and will do it again.!More infoOscar WildePrice: Moderate• American• Chelsea•4.2
- KKrisSeattle / Eastern Washington •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWhat a fun experience! The hot chocolate was delish - favorite was the hazelnut. The scone trio was so good and probably the best I have ever had, very moist. The clotted cream - nom! The highlight - the service was phenomenal! Truly the best! I think he called himself troublemaker - but was far from it. I highly recommend going - it was awesome!More infoCacao Bar & Tea Salon by MariebellePrice: Expensive• Afternoon Tea• SoHo•4.8
