Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Trumbull

Always a feel good experience dining at Terrain Westport! And food has always been a winning choice. This time we had pork tenderloin which was excellent. The chicken pot pie was so yummy just missing a solid portion of chicken. Looked so pretty and tasted great though, for sure. Service is always with a smile and helpful. Non alcoholic drinks were creative and tasty too!

We had a lovely brunch at the Artisan this afternoon. We had a 12:30 reservation, which was a good time as it was not too crowded. Both our selections from the fixed price menu were excellent. We had the French toast and the Crocque Madame. The eggs were perfect. The noise level was acceptable and there was a very good guitarist playing quiet background music. Very satisfactory. We recommend it.

This has been our favorite restaurant from when it was in New Canaan and Darien and now in Cannondale. We love the food, the waiters and staff, and the Owners. Angela and Sandy Baldanza are our friends, and we love them dearly. You know that they are doing something right because their staff, brothers Mario and Lauro, have been fixtures here for years. Food was great as usual. Drinks were great but we got our appetizer before our drinks. Also we somehow had three waitresses asking us for our order. They seemed to be confused or new, we’re not sure. Usually the service is spot on. It may have been because of the holiday crowd.

Always a wonderful experience! Staff always so attentive and friendly and of course the food always amazing!
