Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Taylors

This was our third visit, and they are outstanding every time we have been there. Everyone, from the folks at the front desk to the wait staff to the management are friendly, professional. They make you feel welcome. Once the food arrives, you are culinary nirvana. We have had brunch dishes previously that were outstanding. Today we all had sandwiches and were raving about them. We will definitely be back!! Well worth the drive from Tryon. Brava/Bravo!!

Absolutely divine experience. The service was outstanding. Luke our server was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The food beyond delicious . Everyone enoyed the experience. I've been to Rick Irwins twice before for special occasions and have always had a phenomenal meal and outstanding service. This particular time we were celebrating birthdays and they made it even more special by being extra attentivr, birthday cards from staff and sparklers brought to table. Overall an exceptional experience.

Excellent food and choices during the holiday. We loved every option we chose and it paired well with the side. The service was amazing, from those seating us to our waiter. Restaurant was clean and well cared for. I also loved that our reservation was seated on time, and I appreciated that they are mindful of that. We now have this as our yearly holiday dinner and can’t wait to come back next year

Our party of six were all pleasantly surprised as this was our first visit. Two locals in this party and the rest outlanders. We were greeted warmly and our waiter was well-informed about the menu and preparation of the food. Our starters were all over the top delicious and chef-inspired. The BLT was by far the favorite but bacon board was also a hit. We all ordered either the ribs or their famous lemon-dusted fried chicken. Everyone enjoyed their dinner immensely and boxes were brought to take an abundance of this delicious fare home for leftovers! It will not be wasted! I can not close without commenting on the ambience. It was warm, inviting and cleverly decorated. We will return!

We ordered appetizers Jalapeno Poppers and Whipped Goat with honey drizzle, almonds and cranberries with Pita slices, both were excellent!! The main course was individual pizzas Chicken Bacon Ranch, Buffalo Chicken and The Works, and a Large Greek Salad with grilled chicken. All were super delicious. Only negative was the chicken on the Greek Salad was dry and a little over cooked. Our waitress Jeanine was outstanding she served us with a smile and great efficient service! Ask for her when you can!!
