Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Rutland

We had Anthony as our server and he was fantastic! I have been there a few times this season and Anthony was the most attentive! Would definitely recommend going and getting the chicken Alfredo or the pork chop, but if you get yourself sat in Anthony’s section consider yourself lucky!! He made our Christmas Eve reservation that much more special! Thanks Anthony!

We were early for our reservation and offered to sit at the bar until our table was ready. They forgot about us and ended up seating us at the same empty table that was empty when we arrived. Food was good, music and ambiance were lovely.

In a word, Fabulous. Authentic Italian with the ambiance of our family table and a menu that accommodates all tastes and budgets. Sogno is something special!!!

We rented an igloo and it was like 10 degrees outside. The igloo was warmer than outside but still too cold to comfortably have a meal. It was about 50-55 degrees in the igloo. So we went inside to eat. Probably needs to be about 25 degrees outside to maintain a reasonable temperature in the igloo to enjoy the experience. The food and service were great. We did have to remind the waitress at the end of the order that we had booked the igloo experience and had paid $30 deposit on it that needed to be applied to the bill. Would definitely go back again and would love to try the igloo in warmer temps.

I have been dining at Leo's for years. It is a favorite. I usually order a veal dish, but this evening I ordered a salmon dinner and it was really delicious. Leo's is 16 miles from my house and that tells you a lot.
