Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in McLean

Came for the AYCE to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrived early and let the host know that we were fine waiting for our reservation time. Staff was lovely and greeted us immediately, sat us before our reservation time and made sure to tell my husband happy birthday. They auto include a 20% gratuity/service charge which gets split by all the servers. I loved that. It promotes a great workplace of cohesive customer first teamwork and makes sure servers get sufficient tips. All the servers work really well together helping all tables, but our main server Adrian was phenomenal. Because of that, the 20% seems almost low because of the great service, so we chose to include an additional tip as well. On to the food, we ate so much and it was all delicious. I loved the smaller portions of additional items during the AYCE because not only did it help eliminate waste but it allowed us to try so many items off the menu. Gumbo, snow crab, shrimp and Australian king prawns, crawfish, mussels, ribeye, all fantastic. We chose different heats and flavor combos and enjoyed all of them, our least favorite being the pineapple chili one and our favorite being the medium and hot heat Oh Dang flavor. Can’t wait to go back.

Regular menu is great, and their specials are always outstanding. They do a wonderful job with the osso buco.

Lunch at Clarity is a treat from beginning to end - starting with the most amazing warm rolls! My colleague and I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the experience and I would highly recommend it to others. Our server, Victor, was knowledgeable about the menu and helped make the experience very pleasant.

Whatever you order from the menu is delicious. The daily specials are very good. I usually order the fish dishes. My favorite is the Capri salad with salmon is very. For a change, I ordered today the grilled corvina that comes with arugula salad which was excellent.. My favorites desserts are the limoncello and cappuccino tartufo. The staff is very friendly and courteous.
