Dishes are prepared when ordered, this isn't and was never intended to be a fast food restaurant. So your food arrives fresh hot and delicious. Most recently I hosted a party of 7 and the cost was still very reasonable. We had a table of six and it seemed at first they we're under staffed as we had to wait for at least ten minutes before a server came to our table.
