Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Tech Center / Greenwood Village

A great first experience! Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable. The food was great, and the portions were generous. Highly recommend the Crispy Brussel Sprouts - the best we've ever had! But the stars of the show are the ciders! It was hard to pick a favorite - a reason to return and try a few more! We will definitely return again next time we're in the Denver area.

We arrived a little early and there was no good place to stand and wait. Once seated the table was bare except for some rock looking crystals and dried buds for Valentine’s Day. Wife tried to order a pina colada but despite being on the menu they didn’t have a blender. Then she tried to order sangria but they were out. I got the Cadillac margarita, which was small but good and also powerful. We ordered street corn and table side guacamole, both were just okay. For entrees my wife got the carne asada which was incredible and I got the Baja seafood enchiladas which were also very good. Because of how good the entrees were we may come back. Otherwise we wouldn’t.

Wait staff and kitchen did an amazing job even though it seems Open Table threw a bit of a wrench into things this evening. Food and service were, as always, excellent.

We experienced a Valentine's Day dinner at AMBLI DTC. In short, amazing! Doug, the manager, was our server and I can't imagine how he could've made our visit better. From his knowledge of the drink/wine paring to the pace at which our courses were served, he was amazing. The others involved with bringing the food, keeping drinks/water full, crumbing the table, and resetting between courses were also fantastic. We always enjoy being greeted by Jimmy when we enter and appreciate him stopping by our table to inquire our experience. Chef's food preparation, presentation, and sequencing was very well thought out. The dishes certainly complimented each other and attention to detail was obvious. Experiencing the food, as Chef intended, was a delight to the palette. We've been to this restaurant a number of times and it's always a spectacular culinary and service experience. Every visit is a reminder to what the culinary world should be and, personally, revives my respect and appreciation the experience the front and back of house do to create a more than memorable experience for the patron. Can't wait to return!

Everything from the staff that greeted us to the server & all involved were great and the food was amazing. My wife usually cooks something special for is on Valentines Day but we were traveling to Denver & so I made this reservation. Food was outstanding & a treat for my wife to not have to cook. Thanks for a wonderful evening!
