Maguro sushi restaurant first opened its doors as “Masago sushi” mid 2017 in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Devastated by the impacts of hurracaine Irma & Maria we decided to embark on a journey that led us to Orlando FL. After years of hard work on July 2021 we opened our doors to our Florida mall location. We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list. The menu focuses on the farm-to-table experience with seasonal highlights including produce, honey and eggs sourced from on-premises Primo Garden and Whisper Creek Farm in addition to Mick's Farm and Frog Song Organics in the local community.
