- MMonicaVancouver / British Columbia •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoMy husband and I went for a special Valentine's weekend dinner. Service was attentive. Food was unique, very fresh and delicious. The decor is modern, sophisticated and westcoast. Definitely fine dining but not stuffy. Parking was easy and we could walk inside to the restaurant which was great on a rainy night. Host gave us 3 hours free parking and said to let the know if we needed more. Will definitely be back!More infoWildlight Kitchen & BarPrice: Moderate• Canadian• University Area•4.6
- NNADIAVancouver / British Columbia •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur waitress was so kind and funny. She made the experience so much more enjoyable. The food recommendations were great. My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The view of the water/boats was very peaceful just wish the seating area was more cozy instead of tile floors and cafeteria style tables.More infoRiverHouse Restaurant and PubPrice: Moderate• Northwest• Delta•4.6
- SSamSeattle / Eastern Washington •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoValentine's dinner and we hadn't had sushi for a long while. Thought about the Omakase but opted for la carte instead to get more freedom of choice. Food was great, we really enjoyed the specialty rolls we got as well as the Chef's sashimi. So much so that we got more sashimi a la carte. I really really wish they had squid/ika sashimi as well. That's our preferred sashimi and the only thing that was missing to make the dinner perfect. I would have also appreciated a cocktail or 2 but that's rare at sushi spots, so no issue with that. The ambiance was surprisingly fantastic. Not too noisy, they played some great Rn'B throughout the evening (Sushi while enjoying Erikah Badu? Win win). I particularly like how much space there was between tables and sections. We were a lot more comfortable than at many such restaurants You could have a conversation without having to yell. The service was nice. Had a reservation and didn't have to wait more than a few minutes for a table. I don't have high expectations around how often service persons come to your table or chat with you. So the relatively stoic personality of our waiter was just fine. Various staff members came by to refill waters and especially ginger and wasabi, which we always appreciate. They also brought food at a nice pace. It's a little inconvenient when all your orders arrive at the same time and you have to uncomfortably manage your table and rush. We got our plates 2 at a time, each round when we just finished the previous. They deserved that 25% tip. The prices were not bad, and it always works in our favor (Washingtonians) once exchange rates kick in. There was a parking garage right next door. From some gym which had a lot of reserved spots but we did manage to find some availability. Considering we didn't have to pay, it was no hassle at all. A long review just to say it's a great spot to add to the collection! We certainly will be back. Thank you for a pleasant evening, Temaki!More infoTemaki SushiPrice: Moderate• Sushi• Kitsilano•4.7
- CCatherineVIPSeattle / Eastern Washington •2 reviews4.0Dined on Jan 4, 2025Staff is awesome! They’re friendly and efficient. The food is good but pricey. It’s always so cold in the restaurant. They need more staff. It’s a lot of waiting.More infoPackers Kitchen + BarPrice: Moderate• American• Blaine•3.9
