- AAnneCincinnati / Dayton •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe brought my brother and sister-in-law here for the first time on 2/15/25. Our server Merrick (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was great! Phenomenal dinner, food came out quickly and was delicious. The guys got whole chickens and my sister in law got the chicken sandwich. We ordered fries, spoon bread, succotash, horseradish mashed potatoes, shrimps and grit and macaroni and cheese. We had a lot left over but they wanted to try everything. Last night, the shrimps and grits stole the show though, 10/10! Our only issue, I hate to mention it because we had such a wonderful time but since I am deaf in one ear I feel it may be helpful to someone else; we were seated under a speaker and the music was so loud. So if you’re going and you have hearing issues, maybe ask not to be seated close to where their speakers are. Highly recommend if you love quick, efficient service and pipin hot, yummy food!More infoThe Eagle - OTRPrice: Moderate• Southern• Over the Rhine•4.8

Just takes pressure off and need to pay attention to time on the rock etc. We had a great server and you could tell she likes working there. Drinks were good and food was great.More infoBlack Rock - Beaver Creek - PRIORITY SEATINGPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Beavercreek•4.5
- AAlexVIPCincinnati / Dayton •10 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe did an early Valentines date night here and had amazing service and food! You know going into a Jeff Ruby experience that the prices will be high so expectations match that. The food was good, similar to the other locations and so nothing stood out to me as unique. My only dislike was the bar area. Not the fact that it was crowded just the overall setup made it incredibly difficult for anyone to hang out and grab a drink while guests were waiting for tables. The hallway being crowded made it difficult for wait staff to get through so I felt bad for them. But everyone from waiter to valet was kind, attentive and conversational. Really appreciate that!!More infoCarlo & JohnnyPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Montgomery•4.9
- DDianeCincinnati / Dayton •9 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoIt is always a treat to visit Coldwater Cafe! Today was exceptional! Our server gave us time to chat before ordering and continued to fill our mint tea glasses without asking. Our food was delicious and fresh. My friend had the chicken salad and I had the steak salad. The bread is a great addition with its delicious taste. We had plenty of time to talk and eat without pressure. Lastly, the dessert! My friend had the peanut butter fudge cake and I had the carrot cake. Oh my! Both are the perfect ending if you have a sweet tooth. Wonderful day! Thank you Coldwater Cafe!More infoColdwater CafePrice: Expensive• American• Tipp City•4.9
