- JJenniferNew York City •23 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoIncredible experience as always! We had the pleasure of meeting and being helped by Adam, who went above and beyond to make sure we were set for a great night. He really set the tone and was wonderful in answering any questions and ensuring we were happy as the night continued. We started with the oysters and caviar which blew us out of the water! I had the pork chop and he had a filet - both outstanding dishes and complimented by the mashed potato’s and sweet potato casserole! Every dish was incredible, the restaurant was set up beautifully as always and the atmosphere was fantastic. We live right around the corner and can’t wait to be back!!More infoJasper Stone Italian SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Italian• Spotswood•4.8
- PpeterSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe went to labebe for our 3rd anniversary, after our vacation had been compromised when our airbnb lost power and running water. Labebe turned our whole day around, and then some. We were looking for the best of the best, to have an experience worth remembering for the whole year, and that is exactly what we got. We got the beef croquettes, and the hummus to start. That was our first time having wagyu, and everything was fantastic, I do not usually do well with fried foods but you can tell with this one they use clean oil, so I did not feel sick from the breading at all, and I usually feel sick from one mozzarella stick. The staff came over to us so frequently we forgot who our original server was, and they had very extensive knowledge enough to help us with a recommended wine just based on a flavor we requested. We then got the prime filet mignons, 2 8 oz steaks, and we had been searching for a steak better than one we had been talking about since our honeymoon, and we finally found it at Labebe. It came out so juicy, and so warm in the middle, with a pepper for added spice if we want it and a sweet onion for added sweetness if we want it, and a little mushroom sauce. we didn't need any of that. We ate the whole steak as it was, because it was too good to sully with extra flavors. They then brought out a pallet cleanser lemon Italian before dessert, which we got the cheese cake and the lava cake, both fantastic as well. Will definitely be going again for our special occasions.More infoLabebe Prime - Steak & SeafoodPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• New Brunswick•4.9
- LLornavipNew York City •105 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe always love coming here. The staff makes us feel welcomed and the seaside ambience couldn't be more classic. The varied menu gives us plenty of options. I would say the food is good, but we don't necessarily come here for outstanding food. Nevertheless, we always have a delightful time, and I'm happy to support this local icon that has been in the family at this location for over 100 years! - DDonnavipNew York City •85 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024We enjoyed Brandl’s Restaurant week menu, which had a variety of choices not usually found on their regular menu. For starters, we had the tuna poke and crab cake. The poke was new and fabulous. The pickled vegetables and a hint of heat from the sriracha was delicious. I hope Brandl’s brings this back. For entrees, my husband and I both had the flounder. Two nice pieces of flounder were filled with a wonderful cream filling of spinach and feta over garlic mashed potatoes. For dessert, we ended with apple strudel with can ice cream and pumpkin cheesecake served with one coffee and a cappuccino. A few items on the special menu included pork tenderloin Wellington, pumpkin spiced potstickers to name a few. Overall, the food was outstanding with wonderful service.More infoBrandlPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Belmar•4.5
