Best Neighborhood Gem Restaurants in Wesley Chapel

Flemings hit this new flagship restaurant transformation out of the park with their impressive modern, clean exterior and beautiful landscape. When entering the restaurant you are immediately taken into the vibrant atmosphere with view of the large wrap around bar. Checkin process was seemless. The restaurant has different sections, a huge section around the bar and a section of seating tucked away to the right. The service was impecable (Our server Chris) a sweetheart making great recommendations for wine. The food was as always top notch. Flemings has in my opinion still the best steak in the region. The only thing that I would deduct points for is the noise level and the very 'open concept' in the dining area. It is very hard to understand your company since many many people are seated in the dining area and it feels like a big hall. There is no privacy or intimate setting. Servers were rushing trough the aisles and around your table (with accidents happen) and it was not very comfy. Overall, good job on the design, food quality and service.

We took friends for a first time intro to the Columbia and it surpassed all expectations. Our server Paul was outstanding. We all ordered different entrees and we were all extremely happy with our food. I have always found their food and service to be consistently excellent. We look forward to our next visit.

Absolutely outstanding!!! Farm to table pasta is a must….. the pesto and parm, phenomenal! Truffle tots oh my they are crunchy and tasty and don’t forget the donuts for dessert!!!!! I’m going back and can’t wait!!

We were celebrating our 30 th anniversary. We wanted a romantic yet fun winery type experience. This delivered on so many levels. The charcuterie board was out of this world. The wines Highest Beauty, and Sea Smokes Chard were amazing with our meals. First class service from Daniel and all the staff that had his back tonight. They acted like we were the only clients they had when in fact we were definitely not. All things were followed up with an amazing Chocolate decedent dessert that’s out of this world. So for a guy that NEVER leaves reviews - this was an excellent experience. We are so glad we came here. Cheers to all 🥂
