- MMelindaCaribbean •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe service & food was excellent. Love the open air restaurants in St Thomas. This was our first time at the Caribbean Fish Market. My husband had the wahoo & I had the grouper. We shared the salad wedge with shrimp & the coconut cake. EXCELLENT!! The calamari was the best we had ever had at any restaurant. The portions are generous so sharing was a great idea! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore restaurants. Remember it’s at the Ritz Carlton Resort. We were staying in Peterborg so I don’t know other restaurants there.More infoCaribbean Fish MarketPrice: Expensive• Seafood• St Thomas•4.5

I only wish we got there earlier to see the beautiful sunset as it was dark but the ambience and the patio was terrific. Highly recommend!More infoSunset GrillePrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• St Thomas•4.6
- RReneeColumbus •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe had such a wonderful time and fantastic food! As recommended, we had reservations. We were originally seated in the back section of the restaurant but the air conditioning unit was blowing right on us and was not comfortable. They were kind enough to move us. We were greeted by Sharman who is one of the best servers we have ever experienced. She had a contagious smile- and laugh - and is an absolute gem of a person who made our night even more enjoyable! We had a couple of questions about our orders and took one of the questions back to the chef. She regularly checked in on us and seemed to genuinely enjoy meeting and connecting with folks. We had the bruschetta appetizer, which was fantastic. A couple of us had the red snapper (aglio e olio and piccata), another the shrimp scampi and the mushroom papparadelle with chicken. We all thought our dishes were delicious! Definitely one of our best dining experiences on St Thomas!More infoPesce ItalianPrice: Moderate• Italian• St Thomas•4.8
