Chef does an excellent job creating unique flavor profiles. Tried the fried green tomato, beef Wellington and mussels appetizers. All were perfectly prepared and delicious! Our entrees included the pork chop, salmon, shrimp & scallops, and chicken roulade. Again all dishes were delicious!! The only negative was the chicken was a little dry and could have used a sauce to help with that; but the pea risotto that accompanied it was very tasty. The pear mocktail was lovely too!! We chose Jag’s on line having never eaten here before. WOW did it blow us away. Ambiance galore. The crafted bourbon drinks were top notch. My salad with the house made vinaigrette was way above ordinary. My wife loved her filet and sea bass, and my morel mushroom risotto and filet just might be my favorite steak meal ever! Our waitress Danielle was amazing and the live piano music sent the evening over the top.
