THE Steak House also features a glass enclosed dry aging locker. Top grade Midwestern beef is aged for 21 days at 37 degrees Fahrenheit & 67 percent relative humidity. This process tenderizes the meat & gives it a distinct flavor, which is further enhanced by preparing the beef over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. Once inside the dining room, you will feel right at home. Rural-themed paintings adorn the green walls.     Incredible experience as always!! The entire staff is exceptional and treats you like an invited and welcomed guest and gives you only their very best! Philippe made our experience beyond compare and reminded us why we don’t even want to dine elsewhere while in town as nowhere compares for service, value, ambiance and the absolutely delicious food!     This place is terrific!! Peter the Manager came over to our table and answered all our questions regarding the back story of Nacho Daddy and could not have been more inviting. Our server was also outstanding. Since Covid it seems as though great customer service has become optional and this restaurant exceeded expectations! Even the hostess was welcoming, kind and they all seemed like they were happy to be there and happy to ensure your dining experience was terrific. It is so refreshing to be able to write a great review about customer service. The food was awesome as well. We had the corn off the cobb and the chicken tinga nachos. They were awesome and we hope they bring a Nacho Daddy to Scottsdale!

    It was our 30th Wedding Anniversary and they made it very special. The food was excellent however the service was even better. Jessica was a sweetheart and very attentive. With every bite, the food got better and better. And the drinks were so imaginative and tasty. Oh and the desserts - yum! We will definitely make the trip back from Los Angeles to dine in this fantastic place again.
