- DdonnaHouston •9 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoEverything about this restaurant was perfect. We had a cocktail at the bar, made according to our taste by Gerardo - perfect. Then on to the cozy dining room. Alycia was an amazing server - expertly explaining our options, describing the dishes and drink pairings and working with the kitchen to manage the flow of our 9 course degustacion menu. She was the perfect mix of friendly and professional. Each of the courses was absolutely delicious and some dishes just mind blowing in the best possible way....the first course dessert was a symphony of flavors that you would never think to put together but Chef Olea worked his magic. Other standouts were the Sopa de Amor (another artful mix of flavors), the colossal white shrimp and the pork belly with roasted corn tortillas. And the front reception, kitchen and floor staff worked seamlessly (and unobtrusively) together - perfect.More infoSazonPrice: Very Expensive• Latin American• Santa Fe•4.8

If you can get past the thug at the door with your knee caps …..😬 I was surprised that they didn’t have a coat check so be prepared to deal with your overcoat at the table. The service experience was amazing, food and drink exquisite! We were there early and enjoyed a quiet dining room with piano music. For our small group it was perfect. We could easily hear each other and enjoy conversation too. We had cocktails and wine. Perfect old fashioned and great Cabernet. We shared carne asparagus and calamari appetizers. Unique paring, large portions and very good. The Cesar with green chile was amazing! The filet was perfectly cooked and tender. Then we shared a cheesecake dessert which came with a candle! Emily brought out another chocolate cake for us to try and it was delicious as well. Our birthday gal was happy! It is pricey but the experience will linger. I highly recommend Vernon’s.More infoVernon's SpeakeasyPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Albuquerque•4.8

- DDebbieVIPNew Mexico •41 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary all week long in Santa Fe, NM and the dinner at Geronimo was 5 Stars. The new quail appetizer topped with beautiful fresh pomegranates could be featured in Food & Wine magazine as it's so beautiful. The winter beet salad was delicious. The elk tenderloin was tender and fabulously flavorful. The espresso martinis are divine. The orange creme brûlée' was an extra special dessert paired with the espresso martinis. If you want a quiet, lovely and top notch dining experience, make a reservation at Geronimo.More infoGeronimoPrice: Very Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• Santa Fe•4.9
- KKarenNew Mexico •11 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 9, 2025We did the preselected menus first two and it was amazing. I don’t care for squash but the winter squash soup could change that. Smooth, perfect temp and the garnish took it to the next level. Duck was perfectly prepared. Our serve was attentive with out being intrusive.
