Best Neighborhood Gem Restaurants in Fairhaven

We celebrated our son’s graduation from naval chaplaincy school here. Everything was wonderful! Our server was so friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. We had a corner table with a great view of the water. There were quite a few other groups in our area, so the noise level did rise a bit, but we could still have comfortable conversation. At the end of our meal, our server brought a card to our son, signed by the staff, congratulating him on his accomplishment! I definitely recommend The Mooring for any occasion!

There were 7 of us and we were seated in a back area off the main dining area which was perfect. We had one server whose attention was just right, and while we waited just a smidge for drink refills the evenings food and service was outstanding. It was our fourth visit and we will continue to dine there

We had reservations on a Monday night due to the high demand because of the Christmas Pop up. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. People were taking walking around the taking pictures throughout the restaurant. We were sat at our table right away. Our waitress was very nice. We started with Garlic Knots which we both liked. I had the Bolognese which I enjoyed very much. My girlfriend had the braised short ribs which she also enjoyed. If you can get reservations we both recommend it.

Outdoor deck is heated. Very pleasant for lunch. Food is always good. Scallops and risotto were tasty. Good beer selection.

Always a good experience , great food , especially the bread and Dip and Ashley was wonderful server , very attentive and pleasant 🥰
