- RRene1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoLoved our 2nd year anniversary here. Took my girlfriend out for Valentine’s Day , first time at the restaurant not knowing what to expect. Was greeted warmly and walked to our seats within 3 minutes of arrival. I asked the front desk if they could do a cute decoration on our desert for our anniversary and they did! Expect to spend around 300-400$ if attending for valentines. Have never spent this much on food but it was definitely worth the experience! (Loved the oysters wish there would’ve been 3/4 instead of just2)More infoProvisional Restaurant at Pendry San DiegoPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown•4.6
- TtomiyaSan Diego •2 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoFor starters our reservation was at 7pm. Got there 5 mints til and we waited til 7:21 to be seated. Next was our waiter. He asked if we were ready to order drinks yet had no drink menu. He either didn’t hear me say we didn’t have one or just thought I said we weren’t ready….but never got a wine/cocktail menu the next table actually gave us theirs. Then he came back with only one menu and still not a drink menu. When it came to ordering we asked for sautéed spinach and we were brought creamed spinach. Waiter checked on us maybe twice.More infoGreystone Prime Steakhouse & SeafoodPrice: Expensive• Steak• Downtown•3.7
- JJeffSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoI took my wife for Valentines dinner to Saint James, and it was our first time at the restaurant. It is located in a historic building that we learned was built in 1912 and was at the time the tallest building in San Diego. The service was excellent, the servers and bussers were very attentive, friendly, and always checking to ensure we had what we needed. The food was delicious and very flavorful. I would recommend Saint James French Diner to anyone it was a really great experience!More infoSaint James French DinerPrice: Expensive• French American• Downtown•4.6
- HHannahSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoMy boyfriend and I came for an early Valentine’s Day dinner and we got a sangria and Old fashioneds which were great!!The food was AMAZING. The Parker house rolls, the mussels, the steaks 🤌🏼 The only negative thing I have to say is that because we had a later reservation (10:00) we felt pretty rushed to order our food, thus feeling rushed to leave. It didn’t negatively affect our experience too much because the food was so bomb but definitely expected a higher level of service (minus the bussers and food runners who were friendly and great).More infoCowboy StarPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8
