- SSherrievipCincinnati / Dayton •39 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoOur first visit to Shire’s did not disappoint! Beautiful restaurant with great views! Katrina took very good care of our party of six. Chef does an excellent job creating unique flavor profiles. Tried the fried green tomato, beef Wellington and mussels appetizers. All were perfectly prepared and delicious! Our entrees included the pork chop, salmon, shrimp & scallops, and chicken roulade. Again all dishes were delicious!! The only negative was the chicken was a little dry and could have used a sauce to help with that; but the pea risotto that accompanied it was very tasty. The pear mocktail was lovely too!! Perfect place for special occasion dinner!!!More infoShires' RooftopPrice: Moderate• Bar / Lounge / Bottle Service• Cincinnati•4.5
- LlindsayvipCincinnati / Dayton •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had amazing customer service from the waiter and the manager. There was a small issue with an entree and the staff went above what would be expected to resolve the concern. We will be back soon! Always a great experience.More infoNada - CincinnatiPrice: Moderate• Contemporary Mexican• Central Business District•4.6

- AAndreaCincinnati / Dayton •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoWe sat at “counter seating” and I had my doubts because I felt it would be like bar type seating. For two people it is perfect seating. You can both see the action in the restaurant and yet be able to talk with each other. Our service was spectacular - multiple people checked in with us. Most people there were going to a show after dinner - like myself - the restaurant was on top of it. We did not feel rushed at all. The food was wonderful. We had fish and chips (not battered, but incredible) and shrimp and grits - both were fantastic. Our drinks were first rate as well. I had been here years ago and thought ‘it’s OK but with this visit (again many years later) I thought “I have to come back!”.More infoNicholson's Fine Food & Whisk(e)yPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Central Business District•4.6
- JJENNIFERvipCincinnati / Dayton •102 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 9, 2024The grazing board was divine. Really good pimento cheese spread and fresh meats. The salad is enormous so plan accordingly. The Amish chicken was very good. Broccolini was scrumptious. Mashed potatoes were full of flavor. Cocktail menu could use some non whisky options. My husband had an old fashioned which he enjoyed but felt it was a bit overpriced. Our service was great!More info1931Price: Very Expensive• American• Cincinnati•3.8
