The back waiter suggested I not add cheese to my dish as it would might make it too salty. After tasting it, I realized she was right! I really appreciated her having this knowledge and not being afraid to share her suggestion. The scallops were the best I’ve ever had and the Chilean Seabass was cooked to perfection. It was my birthday and they treated me so well.
