Best Neighborhood Gem Restaurants in Brampton

This Keg is fantastic. We go there all the time. The staff are very friendly and know their stuff. They have gotten to know us over the years and whenever we go there they are very welcoming and always treat us nice. The food is always great and the taste is excellent. We never have a problem with anything there. I would recommend this Keg to anyone. We went there with my son and daughter-in law for family day.

Went for dinner last night, the Bramalea City Centre location, it was Family Day, the restaurant, although busy, was quieter than I'd expected given the holiday. We started with an appetizer we'd never had before, although on the regular menu, the Gruyere Mushroom Dip, to die for, definitely a repeat next visit. It was served with tortilla chips, although pull apart bread would have been ever more delicious. Our main, we both had the French Onion Sirloin from the Winter Grill menu, it was absolutely delicious! The steak melted in your mouth, it's certainly a meal I'd love to see on their regular menu. As a frequent dinner of The Keg for +25 years, last night's dinner was one of the best I've ever had. And our Server, Ellen, top notch!

We sat in the Bar area and it was family day. Everything was good. Our server Phillip was excellent.

Great food, nice service. Very accommodating as my party was running late and they were able to give us a later time slot. Good vibes all around

Went for my birthday and the space has definitely got a renovation since my last visit in 2021. The food was equally as delicious, service had changed a bit (I do miss the old cutlery) but I understand with the demand and expansion since the WELL deserved Micheline recognition. The food was FABULOUS the octopus was a stand out texture perfectly cook the sala Verda had heat, zest, and herbaceous however, the star were the beans! DESSERT was my favourite course strawberries are my favourite fruits so confidently the gelato was right up my alley. I knew it was incredibly well done when my brother who notoriously dislikes strawberry “ice cream” of any sorts kept matching my spoon for spoon (will be back for the Torta). My only wish was to maybe talk about more with the Som and the employees. I know it’s hard to sometimes be able too in service and some guest just rather not be spoken to during their stay. I kept looking for an opening with everyone who touched our table didn’t work out. CJ was a wonderful server, paced our dishes and drinks, took care of my family wonderfully. Also loved that the table was communicated that it was “ours” until a specific time. It was a wonderfully birthday, thank you.
